Domaine Jean & Juliette Orsoni (also known as Le Puy de l’Ours) is a young winery founded in 2021 in the heart of Burgundy, in Savigny-lès-Beaune, in the Côte de Beaune. The project stems from the initiative of Jean Orsoni and Juliette Puyperoux, who decided to enhance family vineyards and historic parcels with a modern, artisanal vision of winemaking.

The estate extends across approximately 5–7 hectares of vineyards, including some Premier Cru parcels, cultivated organically or in conversion. Vineyard work is characterized by the utmost respect for nature, with limited yields and manual practices aimed at preserving balance and biodiversity.

In the cellar, the philosophy is minimally interventionist: spontaneous fermentations, moderate use of wood, and aging designed to never obscure the terroir's identity. The wines are vinified with great precision but without excessive manipulation, allowing the purity of the fruit and the signature of the Côte de Beaune limestone soil to emerge.

The house's style is recognizable for its finesse, freshness, and aromatic brilliance. The Pinot Noirs are elegant and vibrant, while the whites (Chardonnay) stand out for their mineral tension and precision. Overall, Orsoni wines represent a contemporary Burgundy, light yet profound, designed for gastronomy and for those seeking authenticity and drinkability.

In short, Jean & Juliette Orsoni is a young but already distinctive project: a balance between Burgundian tradition and modern sensibility, with pure, territorial, and highly elegant wines.
