Why are we called “Il Panaro”?

Il Panaro is the name of the plate in which a dish was cooked during the Renaissance. Guess which one? Yes, that one. So when we opened our first little shop in 1985 we called it that.

Since those days, a lot of water has passed under the bridge and grown inside the ovens. We first became a slightly larger shop and then a laboratory. Ours is a story passed down from hand to hand. From heart to heart.
