Producer of biodynamic Champagne: respect for biodiversity and a quest for emotion

In the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the Aube region, near the village of Buxeuil, Vincent Couche founded his 15-hectare estate in 1996. Since then, he has cultivated his vines using organic and biodynamic farming methods: a natural choice for this nature lover and wine connoisseur, who is committed to ensuring that each vintage is a product of excellence.

The Demeter-certified Domaine Vincent Couche extends across two vineyards:

Champagne: Buxeuil (12 hectares) and Montgueux (3 hectares)

Burgundy: Chablis – a small family estate – and Molesme (30 hectares)

Champagne and ratafia, but also Burgundy wines and soon high-quality cider: Vincent Couche wines are the result of precise and meticulous work on each individual vineyard. A delicate and creative final blending process gives the wines their unique aromas.
