The Rimineser - Pasticceria Identitaria - Vulpitta Dolciumi
Pasticceria Identitaria was born from the experience and vision of master pastry chef Antonio Manfredonia, who trained alongside Alessandro Bertuzzi, the 2019 world pastry champion, and developed his professional skills in some of Romagna's finest pastry shops, including those of Roberto Rinaldini and Sebastiano Caridi. After years of research and experimentation, Manfredonia decided to found his own pastry shop with the aim of combining French pastry techniques with Italian tradition, creating a unique language capable of expressing the flavors and identity of places.
Thus was born Pasticceria Identitaria: a project that celebrates memory and origins through flavor, transforming every dessert into a tale of territory, culture, and passion.

In the same spirit, the collaboration with The Rimineser was born, an artistic project that tells the story of Rimini through images and illustrations.
The fusion of Pasticceria Identitaria's vision and The Rimineser's creativity has created a product that combines art and flavor, paying homage to the city through a multisensory experience. Strengthening this connection to the region is the collaboration with Vulpitta Dolciumi, a historic landmark for Rimini residents for over fifty years, synonymous with tradition, quality, and a love of local excellence.
