Pasticceria Identitaria was born from the experience and vision of master pastry chef Antonio Manfredonia, who trained alongside Alessandro Bertuzzi, the 2019 world pastry champion, and developed his professional skills in some of Romagna's finest pastry shops, including those of Roberto Rinaldini and Sebastiano Caridi. After years of research and experimentation, Manfredonia decided to found his own pastry shop with the aim of combining French pastry techniques with Italian tradition, creating a unique language capable of expressing the flavors and identities of places.

Thus, Pasticceria Identitaria was born: a project that celebrates memory and origins through flavor, transforming every dessert into a tale of local culture and passion.

In the same spirit, the collaboration with The Rimineser, an artistic project that tells the story of Rimini through images and authorial illustrations, was born.

The encounter between the vision of Pasticceria Identitaria and the creativity of The Rimineser gives life to a product that combines art and flavor, paying homage to the city through a multisensory experience. Strengthening this bond with the region is the collaboration with Vulpitta Dolciumi, a historic reference point for Rimini residents for over fifty years, synonymous with tradition, quality, and a love of local excellence.
