In Bailly, a village in Burgundy, home of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne, the eponymous winery was founded in 1972. Caves de Bailly is located in the heart of the Auxerrois region, a land with a long winemaking tradition. The winery is located in an underground quarry and today is the flagship and leading producer of Crémant de Bourgogne.
