"Grape merchant" has been the Gaierhof philosophy since its founding. Over the decades, the Togn family has established a privileged relationship with its suppliers: entire families who work to sell their grapes to the company, in a relationship based on mutual trust.

The Togn family is currently one of the few family-run wineries in the region, producing a significant 800,000 bottles, supported by 12 employees at Gaierhof. Its other properties include the Valdadige Winery, Gaierhof, Lechthaler, and its flagship, the Maso Poli winery.
