SWEET SALT FROM CERVIA

Sweet Salt from Cervia is unique in the world. Its organoleptic characteristics make it a "sweet" salt, free of bitter chlorides. This is due both to the environmental conditions in which it matures and to human activity, which over the years has shaped nature to produce a salt with these characteristics. Cervia salt is a whole marine salt.

AROMATIC SALTS

We couldn't live without salt, but too much salt is unhealthy. Therefore, following the WHO's recommendations, the Cervia Saltworks has created a range of aromatic salts that combine the quality and goodness of Sweet Salt from Cervia with the aromatic characteristics of fresh aromatic herbs, many of which are produced directly in the saltworks. From this idea, five aromatic salts were born, which can be used in the kitchen, adapting them according to the flavor and effect desired.
