Champagne Dosage Zero is produced by the Vincent Couche house in the southernmost part of the great sparkling wine region, the small Côte des Bar. We are in the land of Pinot Noir, in what is the least famous and geographically most remote area of ​​all Champagne.

This Dosage Zero is proof of this, aged for a full eight years on the lees and, as the name suggests, not dosed, therefore produced without added sugar. Despite this, it is still smooth and flavorful, thanks not only to biodynamics but also to vinification in wooden barrels.

A concept that is amplified: freshness, fruit, and complexity. A central philosophy in the work of

Vincent Couche, who in this wine always uses three different vintages to compensate for the

lack of sugar with the wine's structure.

The base is multifaceted, the aromas are clear and dynamic, and the palate is lively and stimulating. As an aperitif, it

is a burst of energy, but it also pairs well with food with a lovely fruity dynamism.
