WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
The Vieux Sajous 5 Y.O. is a Clairin produced from Cristalline sugar cane which is grown in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye.

It is a blend of 18 mixed barrels that contained rum and whiskey, it was distilled in 2018 and then aged for 5 years in Haiti at the Distillerie de Portau-Prince. This Vieux Sajous is the demonstration of the great aging capacity that the Clairins of this distillery are demonstrating. The change in packaging is intended to give a visible sign of the extremely interesting quality and high level achieved.
