Petrizza comes from our grapes, grown with methods inspired by biodynamics, in the granite weathering soils of Gallura.
Its bright and lively straw yellow color is an invitation to drink it. Its fruity aromas invite you to sip: fresh, savory and persistent.
PRODUCTION AREA Tenuta Masone Mannu, Località Su Canale, Monti (SS)

SOIL Granitic sand GRAPES Vermentino 100%, Guyot trained, density of 4000 vines per hectare

HARVEST Manually in boxes in the first half of September. Average yield: 80 quintals per hectare

VINIFICATION Soft pressing, fermentation with temperature control

REFINEMENT At least 3 months of refinement on the fine lees and 1 month in the bottle before being placed on the market

COLOR Straw yellow with greenish reflections

FRAGRANCE Elegant floral and fruity aromas enriched with citrus notes

TASTE Fresh and fruity with an almond aftertaste

GASTRONOMY Perfect Sardinian aperitif. Excellent in combination with appetizers and first courses based on fish and shellfish.
