The French blood of the Vistarino family can be found in the Pinot Noir clones, in the architecture of the villa and in the name of this wine which is the marriage of two primary grape varieties for sparkling wines: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Tasting notes
Colour: straw yellow with luminous reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: elegant, ample, delicate with floral freshness and balsamic notes.
Taste: fresh citrus with good acidity that compensates for a medium residual sugar.
Technical notes
The grapes are harvested separately by hand in 20 kg boxes and stored at 10°C in a cold room before soft pressing.
The free-run musts (45% yield) are fermented in steel at a controlled temperature and after blending the base wine remains on the fine fermentation lees until drafted the spring following the harvest.
Permanence: on the lees at least 30 months.
Refinement: at least 6 months from disgorgement
Dosage: 7g/l

Ideal for aperitifs or accompanied with smoked salmon, sushi and shellfish.
