Yield: 70 g/ha

Vinification: The grapes come from an old vineyard which finds expression on a rather heterogeneous soil with clay and abundant skeleton. The whole and not de-stemmed grapes are loaded into the press and after 12 hours of cold maceration to allow the extraction of color and aromas, we proceed with a soft pressing and the must follows a white vinification in steel for about two weeks at a temperature controlled. The entire process from the vineyard to the cellar is managed in the total absence of oxygen

Refinement: in steel for 4 months in order to keep the characteristics of freshness unaltered

Sensory notes: rosé with a marine and Mediterranean profile. Intense bright pink color with orange hues. It is expressed on the nose with decisive notes of rose petals, fruity hints of strawberry, pomegranate and raspberry. The mouth is intense and confirms the aromatic bouquet and the strawberry notes, with a touch of candied fruit and a delicate spicy finish typical of Syrah which attenuates the flavour. We are faced with a harmonious balance between freshness, roundness and finesse of aromas. On the finish it maintains the initial juiciness and vitality.
