The name Fior d'Arancio derives from the characteristic citrus note that characterizes the yellow Moscato grown in the particular volcanic soils of the Euganean Hills.
COLOR: pale yellow with greenish reflections
BOUQUET: intense aromatic, with immediate memories of orange and lemon.
TASTE: fine and velvety perlage, sweet, harmonious and persistent taste.
FOOD PAIRINGS
It is accompanied at the end of a meal with fruit tarts and sideboard biscuits. It is also good as an aperitif or by the glass.
GRAPES: Yellow Moscato
VINIFICATION: The selected hand-picked grapes are cooled to 0.5° C and then softly pressed to maximize the fruity aromas. The free-run must is sent to fermentation.
SPARKLING PRODUCTION: Martinotti method (Charmat) The must is fermented at 10° C until the desired pressure and then left to rest for 15 days at – 2° C.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 6.5-7 g/l
