AT THE SIGHT
The visual intensity of the soft golden color is enhanced by the sharpness of a clear and brilliant whole.


ON THE PALATE
Broad and harmonious tactile approach, preserved by a mineral tension. Taste range captivating on the palate with notes of biscuit and white fruits with seeds.

TO THE NOSE
The fruity scents mix and multiply with the aromas of flowers, dried fruit and brioche, enhanced by the subtle lemon note of the verbena.


TASTING
To be tasted with delicious dishes: veal carpaccio, grilled scallops and raw fish marinated with citrus fruits.

"Talking about the Brut Nature cuvée means inviting you on a journey to the origins of champagne, to return to the essence of an authentic and timeless wine. I remember that the first time I tasted this wine I accompanied it with a bruschetta with salted butter and sea urchins with South American chilli and yuzu peel. Nothing else. A delicate combination! The Brut Nature cuvée involves and excites. Its sparkling acidity evokes the pleasures of gastronomy on the palate. This wine can be tasted, for example, with a warm oyster on a bed of basil and wasabi cream and a side of crispy potatoes, a dish we serve in our New York restaurant. Cuvée Brut Nature is also delicious with a lemon caviar jelly with cream, dill and caviar or with a sashimi of sea bream with herbs. For me this champagne is truly a return to original purity. A purity that fascinates me and authorizes any combination in which authenticity rhymes with simplicity and delicacy of flavors. A motionless journey in a timeless dimension. "
