66% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 2% Pinot Meunier.
First pressing of grapes from the heart of Champagne, predominantly Grands and Premiers Crus. 20 to 30% reserve wines are managed using the solera system and aged in oak barrels to incorporate the older wines without losing freshness.
Previous vintages aged in oak: 56%.
Winery
First pressing of grapes from the heart of Champagne, predominantly Grands and Premiers Crus from the area around Mareuil-sur-Ay. Traditional vinification in oak vats and barrels, avoiding any premature oxidation; 26.8% of the 2021 wines did not undergo malolactic fermentation. No dosage (0 g/l) to preserve the character and purity of the wine.
Aging
Aged on the lees in the Maison's cellars at a constant temperature of 12°C for three years, much longer than the legal minimum of fifteen months.

Storage
Réserve Perpétuelle Non Dosé expresses its full vivacity within 6-18 months after disgorgement. This wine can also age for several years.
