It is the typical dessert of the Republic of San Marino entirely made by hand. Two layers of a pastry made with almonds, peanuts and honey, enclose a fine chocolate filling and alcohol scent finished with meringue. A traditional quality pastry entirely handmade, with natural ingredients and without preservatives.
INGREDIENTS: "0" wheat flour, sugar, almonds, kernels, peanuts, honey, eggs, margarine (vegetable fats, water, vegetable oils, salt, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin E322, E471 mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids), acidity regulator (citric acid, sodium citrate), flavors, beta-carotene dye), water, ammonium bicarbonate. Internal and edge filling: sugar, glucose syrup, refined non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm and palm kernel), 10/12 lean cocoa powder (20%), water, alcohol, egg white, emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt , flavors, vanillin.
