The flour used for the preparation is a Type 2 semi-wholemeal with a high fiber content. This integrality of the cereal allows for the reduction of the amount of added sugar and is transformed into a very low total fat value, in particular for the "saturated" ones. The result is a tasty product, not too sweet and easy to digest.

250g box with a reusable polypropylene container inside, which safeguards the fragrance of the product. It is advisable to always keep the Krumiri inside their container and to close it carefully. The biscuit is prepared without adding water and tends to absorb humidity from the air. It is therefore advisable to NEVER transfer it into biscuit tins or other containers.
