Historical version of the classic product. The stone-ground flour used for the preparation is represented by the typical monograin of Monferrato, San Pastore, selected in 1929 by the geneticist Strampelli during the period of the "Battle of the wheat" but widely spread in the area since the beginning of the nineteenth century. This is the cereal with which the first krumiri were made at the beginning of the nineteenth century.

250 gram box with a reusable polypropylene container inside, which safeguards the fragrance of the product. It is advisable to always keep the Krumiri inside their container and to close it carefully. The biscuit is prepared without adding water and tends to absorb humidity from the air. It is therefore advisable to NEVER transfer it into biscuit tins or other containers.

Ingredients: "SanPastore" single-grain wholemeal flour, butter, sugar, eggs, natural vanilla flavouring.
