The Classic Colomba is the leavened dessert symbol of Easter. We have selected the best raw materials to obtain a unique product: Normandy butter, free-range eggs, sultanas and Madagascar vanilla. Added to these are the precious orange and lemon candied fruit, carefully processed in our artisan laboratories. The famous dessert is completed by a delicate icing of sugar and almonds.

How to enjoy it...
We suggest serving this dessert at around 28°, the heat will make the aromas more intense and the delicate softness even more pleasant.

Keep in a cold and dry place.

Product durability
Our leavened products are produced in a totally artisanal way and do not contain preservatives. We suggest you store them in a cool, dry place and consume them within approximately 50 days to best savor their fragrance.

Type “0” wheat flour, candied orange peels (22.6%) [orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose], egg yolk, butter (milk fat mass 82%), sugar, candied lemon peels (5.7%) [lemon peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose], natural yeast (from wheat), natural candied orange paste (orange peels 49%, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose ), natural candied lemon paste (49% lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), salt, acacia honey, barley malt, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.

For the icing: egg white, almond flour, granulated sugar, almonds.
