The traditional leavened product typical of the Easter holiday is enriched with fine black cherries and Mamma Maria's percoche, famous and appreciated among the Conserve Gentile products. They preserve the fresh and genuine flavor of the Campania region and in this preparation they are candied to enhance the flavor with every tasting. The dessert is completed by a delicate glaze of hazelnut flour, sprinkles and almonds.
How to enjoy it...
We suggest serving this dessert at around 28°, the heat will make the aromas more intense and the delicate softness even more pleasant.
Keep in a cold and dry place.
