● Grapes: 100% Sangiovese ● First vintage: 2001

● Vineyard: single, with steps, planted in 1970, renovated in 2001

● Sapling cultivation

● Soil: sandstone matrix with clay intrusions at 490 - 530 meters above sea level

● Fermentation: spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts

● Aging: 12 months in concrete and large barrels and at least another 12 months in the bottle. Complex and full of aromas: violets, blueberries, pomegranate, red fruits and humus.
