Training method: Guyot and spurred cordon.
Yield per hectare: 65hl / ha.
Harvest: The harvest is strictly manual through the selection of the bunches in the vineyard and a transport directly in the cellar in small boxes that preserve the raw material.
Vinification: The selected vinification follows a soft pressing of the grapes and a fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16 degrees)
Description: The Brut of Corteaura has a certain character. Straw-colored it can count on a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is floral and delicately fruity. In particular, the aroma of bread stands out, a characteristic hint obtained thanks to the long aging on the yeasts, enriched with delicate notes of citrus and dried fruit (almond, hazelnut, dried white fig). The taste is sapid, fresh.
The recommended service temperature is 6 degrees.
