Vintage with a natural Bersi Serlini taste
And for those who love wines with a natural 'non-dosed' taste, Franciacorta Millesimato Extra Brut, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, is particularly suitable.

A Franciacorta that rests on the lees for at least 30 months and that, despite the prolonged aging period, remains fresh and alive.

Worthy of respect and attention, the Millesimato Extra Brut Bersi Serlini is a Franciacorta with a natural style, does not foresee corrections after the disgorgement and finds wide acclaim among enthusiasts and connoisseurs.

Alongside the predominance of Chardonnay, there is also a share of Pinot Blanc which helps to give complexity and strength to the wine and to characterize it.

MANUAL HARVEST

Natural vinification to respect the identity of the Bersi Serlini territory.

During the months of aging on the lees it rests in underground caveaux at a constant temperature of 12 °. Manual remuage lasting about 5 weeks.

Grapes from old Guyot vineyards and from medium-aged vineyards, with a reduced number of buds per plant made possible by precision viticulture.

This Franciacorta Extra Brut is a Millesimato that rests at least 30 months on the lees and often remains fresh and alive thanks to the particularly happy and suitable position where the vineyards of our property are located, which gives wines that have an undoubted shelf life.

Produced for the first time in 1971, Extra Brut is the most natural Millesimato of our production, awarded for its imprint of notable distinction.

TASTING

A very fine perlage animates the golden yellow color of this fresh-cut wine, vaguely austere in its approach, which is then expressed in the vegetal tones of alfalfa, floral tones of lily of the valley and mimosa; Then there is the fruit that is declined in the accolades of apple, pear, melon, banana, cedar and grapefruit and more dry and toasted hazelnuts and notes of baked desserts to make the whole full and almost greedy in progression.

In the mouth it is fresh, soft, balanced, with an aftertaste of ripe fruit fused with toasted dried fruit and pastry notes.

FROM GLASS TO PLATE

Dry and elegant, it has a glass to match both as an excellent aperitif, fish-based appetizers, vegetables and cheeses, shellfish in general, as well as fish and game-based pasta and risotto.

It is perfect to enjoy with everyone but especially with friends.

Recommended temperature 8 °.
