It is the Premium Dry Gin Sibona also embellished with botanicals from Piedmont and Liguria, including for Piedmont: juniper berries, lavender from Sale San Giovanni, sage, rosemary, damask rose, Nebbiolo vine leaves and for Liguria: lemon, thyme, Pernambucco orange, Genoese basil d.o.p. A gin that therefore celebrates the encounter between the hill and the sea.

Distilled with Eva natural water that flows from the highest spring in Europe at 2,042 meters.

The bottle is produced in "wild glass" or recycled glass, with a significant reduction in CO2 emissions and with limited waste of raw materials, in total support of the environment.

Region: Piedmont and Liguria

Recipe and Distillation: From slow maceration of Piedmontese juniper berries and other botanicals from Piedmont and Liguria, which are then distilled, each one separately, in order to extract the relative aromas in the most effective and clean way possible.

The single distillates thus obtained are then skilfully mixed by the master distillers based on a unique and secret recipe that makes this gin fresh, floral and citrusy.

The gin thus obtained is diluted with Eva natural water (which flows from the highest spring in Europe at 2,042 meters) in order to reach 42% alcohol and then refrigerated and delicately filtered to finally be bottled.

Refinement: in stainless steel tanks

Bottle: Elegant graduated Sibona bottle in "emerald green wild glass", i.e. recycled glass, with a significant reduction in CO2 emissions and with limited waste of raw materials, in total support of the environment.

Personalized with side notches indicating the contents.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Color: Clear, crystalline

Bouquet: Fresh and refined fragrances of lavender which are gradually combined with notes of citrus, sage, thyme, basil and rose.

Taste: Elegant, rich, enveloping and with an excellent balance between citrus and floral notes. Persistent finish that leaves a fresh taste with notes of lavender, orange and lemon mainly. Capable of transmitting all the unique sensations of the botanicals of the hills and the sea.

Tasting tips: smooth with ice, prefect and ideal in the classic Gin Tonic (excellent in this case also as an aperitif) and negroni.
