This 2010 vintage bottle is one of the very few produced by Maso Martis with a careful selection of its grapes, combining the elegance of Pinot Noir with the fragrance of Chardonnay and the softness of Meunier. 9 years of very long aging in the bottle are his signature style.

VINIFICATION A hand harvest is carried out immediately followed by a soft pressing of the whole grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Meunier, processed separately. Pinot Noir and Meunier are vinified only in steel while the Chardonnay must ferments and ages in barriques for about 8 months before being drawn. The careful preparation of the cuvée and subsequent bottling takes place with the addition of selected yeasts. After a stay on the lees for 9 years, the remuage is performed and then disgorged with the addition of the expedition liqueur and subsequent packaging.

VINES Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grafted on Kober 5BB, planting sixth m. 2.20 x 0.80, guyot. Meunier grafted onto Kober 5BB, sixth of the plant m. 3.20 x 0.80 with Trentino pergola.
