Its characteristic as for all Arunda sparkling wines is its very fine perlage. The nose exalt fruity notes of apricot and ripe peach accompanied by light nougat and fresh hazelnuts. On the palate this new sparkling wine is quite clear, marked and salty.
No sulphites (So2) were added in the preparation of this Classic Method
