Climate: Both the winter 2012-2013 and the spring 2013 have been particularly humid and cold. In this situation, the vines could start their vegetative cycle with a good water reserve but with a remarkable delay over the last years.

A further slowdown in vegetative development has been caused by the rains at the end of May, as well as by a reduction in the minimum temperatures experienced during this period.

Flowering started 12 days behind the average of the last few years.
The attachment took place regularly in the best positions while there was a natural cow in the humidest and coldest positions.

Fortunately, in mid-August, sunny days and good thermal excursion favored a slow but steady ripening of grapes.

Grape harvest began on September 16 with arneis and cake, lagging about 15 days ahead of 2012.

October was an autumn month with frequent precipitation that slightly affected the health of grapes (especially barber).

After these rains, man's hand was essential to pick and pick only the best bunches and the oenological results were interesting.

Vinification: The selected grapes were dirasped and pressed. The maceration lasted for about 10 days at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C.

Malolactic fermentation ended before the end of winter.
Matured for at least 18 months in oak barrels of different capacity that give the wine great balance.
