Audax Zero.3 completes the Traditional collection: with its bold character, in fact, and the sugar content which is close to zero, it fully respects today's consumption trends and at the same time also Giuliano's vision and pioneering spirit Bortolomiol, which was the first in the 1960s to produce Prosecco di Valdobbiadene (today Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG) in a brut version. This sparkling wine, in fact, embodies all the sparkling wine experience of the Bortolomiol winery. The I Tradizionali collection ranges across the most classic expressions of Prosecco Superiore, interpreting the different versions: extra brut, brut, extra dry, dry and demi sec.

The extra brut version of Prosecco Superiore DOCG di Valdobbiadene is the natural expression of the Glera vine, which retains its delicate and aromatic bouquet. This sparkling wine with a sugar level that is very close to zero, perfectly manages to degrease the palate and is an excellent pairing with fish dishes. Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes very well with first courses and fried foods.
