PRODUCTION AREA Selected grapes from vineyards on the hills of Abruzzo.

DENSITY PER HECTARE 5.000 plants per hectare.

YIELD PER HECTARE 120 quintals of grape approximately.

YIELD PER GRAPE-VINE 2,5 Kg of grapes approximately.

HARVEST From mid-September to October.

FERMENTATION After destemming, the grapes are channelled into steel fermenting vats. Maceration on the skins lasts for about 20 days, then lees are drawn off and wine is left aging in steel.

COLOUR Ruby red with purple hues.

BOUQUET Fresh, with currant, strawberry and raspberry hints.

TASTE Fresh and fruity; soft and velvety mouthfeel.
