PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE:
The fermentation of perfectly ripe and particularly selected grapes takes place in steel tanks. Duration of maceration: 8-9 days. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is matured in small French oak barrels for about 18-24 months. A minimum of 6 months of aging in bottle to complete the evolution of the wine.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Intense ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose it has great intensity and persistence with hints of undergrowth, withered flowers and a touch of vanilla. The taste is full, full-bodied and soft.
