In the Hearts Collection 2002 (Casks from 404082 to 404101 - 5700 bottles in all) it has a congener content of 834 g/100 LAA; notes of orange blossom and molasses, vanilla, coffee and caramel are found, with a rich and soft taste of honey on the palate

Appleton Hearts Collection is the now legendary limited edition range of 100% pot still single marks, selected by Luca Gargano and Joy Spence, historic Master Blender of Appleton Estate. It is an absolute world premiere which since 2020, the year of the first releases, has been a real cult object among collectors from all over the world: the rums that make up this exclusive series are the first single mark rums, 100% pot stills and vintages, that Appleton Estate has ever released.

The 100% pot still distillation, cutting off the heads and tails, allows to keep only the heart of the distillate. After the 1994, 1995, 1999, 1984 and 2003 vintages, it's time for the 1993 and 2002 releases.

Each of these rums has been carefully selected, and embodies the excellence of the Appleton Estate.
