This pomace brandy is produced using the pomace of Pinot Noir grapes, which the Maison Billecart-Salmon has used for the production of its Champagne Rosé.

Produced in very limited quantities (800 bottles).

It is obtained through the bain-marie distillation process.

To the eye appears limpid, transparent, to the nose releases fruity aromas, among which the red fruits stand out.
