If maturity is the first gift offered by time, Tenuta Meraviglia's Bolgheri Rosso was ready to receive it.

After a short fermentation in truncated conical concrete vats, with soft and gentle pumping over, it ages for a year in large, untoasted French oak barrels, then it is refined in the bottle for another three months. The result is an elegant wine: the intensity of its ruby red color is accompanied by notes of black berry fruit, such as blackberry and cherry, along with slight nuances of aromatic herbs. Structured and admirably fresh, with a long and persistent finish, it approaches with character to red meats: roast, cut of Chianina, roast lamb, game and game.
