South-East facing slopes on the left bank of the Serein in the village of Chablis.

VINIFICATION
Cold settling before fermentation. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
MATURING
12 months on the fine lees in tanks and barrels.
Limpid and brilliant wine with pale yellow colour. The first nose indicates a slight mineral reduction. On aeration the bouquet becomes more mineral and aerial.
Complex in the mouth, yet giving perfectly ripe fruit flavours along with fine minerality and soft spice. The finish is tender and fruity.
A wine destined to accompany fine gastronomy.
