The Pigato from the Lvnae Bosoni winery represents the highest expression of innovation and tradition. This fantastic wine encompasses all the characteristics of the Ligurian coastal territory with a wine vocation. Young and fresh, it presents itself to the eye with a pale straw yellow color, with very light green reflections. The scent is broad and floral, harmonious and reminiscent of the undergrowth and fruit tree flowers. The flavor is fresh and savory and opens well with fruity notes followed by almond and yellow apple pulp. The finish is characterized by a great balance and persistence.

Pigato Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC wine goes perfectly with all seafood dishes of the Italian culinary tradition. Excellent with trofie with pesto, and with pasta topped with vegetable creams. All traditional Ligurian dishes are perfectly matched.
The journey is over 50 years old and began in 1966 when Paolo Bosoni created Cantine Lunae, continuing the work and tradition of his family. Gradually the winery has expanded to its current size, which includes 40 hectares of vineyards, divided into 15 farms, with over 200 local farmers who give their small productions of grapes, thus keeping the traditions of this area alive. The wine production is articulated and interesting: with a prevalent attention in favor of Vermentino, of which it produces a series of interesting versions that enhance both the vineyards (as in the case of the Cavagino cru) and the theme of longevity, with the label of the Numero Locked down. The work on other grape varieties also deserves attention, such as albarola and research on rare red grape varieties, such as massaretta and black pollera. The new aging cellar, Ca 'Lunae, was a commendable historical restoration operation: the spaces, in addition to the barrel room and the beautiful company shop, also include a museum on the material culture of wine, strongly desired and set up by Paolo's son.
