VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay.

HARVEST PERIOD: Third decade of August.

YIELD PER HECTARE: 7,000 kg / hectare; 1.6 kg per plant.

VINIFICATION TECHNIQUES: The grapes are vinified in white without contact with the skins, at a controlled temperature.

AGING: In steel, with permanence on the lees for 3 months
