Bright straw yellow with gold reflections

Fresh and fragrant with nuances of passion fruit and wild flowers to accompany the bouquet

In full harmony with the nose, the wine is elegant and floral with a long and subtle final acidity and characterized by the typical hint of greenish almond

Traditional wine with a strong typicality and personality, obtained from Friulano grapes, a historic vine of our region planted in a ventilated hilly area and in mainly marl soils of Eocene origin. The harvest of these grapes is accompanied by a soft pressing followed by a short period of settling in the total absence of sulfur dioxide. The start of fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with addition of pied de cuve at a controlled temperature. The refinement takes place on the lees for 8 months.
