Lagrein Perl is complex and intense on the nose and harmonious on the palate. With its deep color, fruity aromas and soft tannins, this wine pairs perfectly with red meat dishes.

Lagrein variety

Production area 250 m above sea level, alluvial, sandy and warm soil in the city of Bolzano

Harvest from the end of September to mid-October

Traditional winemaking: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, aging in oak barrels and subsequently in the bottle.

Bouquet: fruity with hints of black cherry and plum, floral, spicy and mineral with typical cocoa notes

Taste: velvety accompanied by the typical acidity of Lagrein. Pairing with grilled or roasted meat, game and mature cheeses. Serving temperature 16 - 18 °C
