Classic method obtained with only high altitude Chardonnay grapes and aged on
yeasts for at least 24 months. The long refinement gives harmony and
elegance while safeguarding the finesse and freshness typical of the mountains.

TASTING
Visual exam:
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Extremely fine and persistent perlage.
Olfactory test:
Fine and intense aroma with hints of hawthorn, notes of apple, hazelnut and fruit
dry crowned with a light bread crust.
Taste test:
Valuable harmony and complexity. It expresses itself fully with sensations of
freshness and liveliness, in a skilful balance between softness and measured acidity.
Great finesse in the velvety and persistent finish. Citrus aftertaste
Combinations:
Throughout the meal, preference for molluscs, crustaceans, fish and risottos. Unparalleled
as an aperitif accompanied by cheeses and cold cuts. Excellent as a continuation of
evening.
