Tasting notes
COLOR: Intense ruby color with faint and elusive purple reflections.
NOSE: The sense of smell is composed of red fruits and a delicate, barely perceptible herbaceous note, which mixes with an ethereal beginning. The black cherry, red plum, bay leaf and, later, black pepper are clearly identifiable.
PALATE: The taste is characterized by a good gustatory balance between softness and alcohol, contrasted with minerality and freshness. The taste persistence is elaborate, initially soft, with a delicate, incisive aftertaste, typical of the vine.
