A joyful wine with character, obtained from the best Cannonau grapes from our vineyards, which reveals a certain structure and a well-defined personality.
It appears in the glass with a lively ruby red with garnet reflections and expresses itself on the nose
with floral notes and red fruits such as morello cherry and plum followed by balsamic echoes of Mediterranean scrub.
In the mouth it reveals its strong structure with a good softness which is accompanied by a fresh and flavorful note and a fine and vibrant tannin. Long aromatic persistence.
Suitable for semi-mature and mature cheeses, it gives its best even with strong and structured dishes.

GRAPES Cannonau 100%, Guyot trained, density of 4,000 vines per hectare
HARVEST Manually in boxes in the first half of September. Yield: 40 quintals per hectare
VINIFICATION 12-day maceration with frequent punching down of the mass
REFINEMENT In stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months and a further 6 months in the bottle before being placed on the market
COLOR Ruby red with light garnet reflections
BOUQUET Elegant aromas of ripe red fruits and fine balsamic notes typical of the Mediterranean scrub
TASTE Austere and enveloping, with a dense tannic and fruity texture
GASTRONOMY Excellent in combination with first courses based on ragù, or second courses of meat. Serve at 16 - 18° C
