Climate
The 2023 vintage was characterized by a generally hot and dry climate, which lasted until mid-May, when heavy rains began, especially concentrated in the Alba Langhe. Starting from the month of July, temperatures returned to normal for the period, accompanied by some stormy events; these climatic conditions favored a reduction in production in quantitative terms but did not affect the future quality and ripening of the grapes. The harvest for Prunotto Langhe DOC Arneis began on September 5th and ended on the 19th of the same month.
Winemaking
The grapes, collected in baskets, were softly pressed and the clear must was separated by cold decanting. Fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 18°C for approximately 15 days. Before bottling the wine aged in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures for a few months.

Prunotto Langhe DOC Arneis was created to represent its territory, which has always been suited to the production of Arneis, and interpret the varietal personality through a modern, particularly pleasant and delicate style.
Tasting Notes
The wine has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The nose is intense with floral and fruity notes. On the palate it stands out for its good structure supported by a pleasant freshness. Long ending.
