Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with white chocolate drops, candied strawberries and soaked in Rose Rosolio alcoholic syrup

INGREDIENTS:
soft wheat flour, alcoholic imbibition syrup (14% vol.) 30% (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, natural flavourings, natural rose extract), white chocolate chips 11% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk in powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), sugar, butter (milk), pasteurized free-range whole egg, candied strawberries 7% (sugar, strawberries, wheat glucose syrup), natural yeast, salt. In the same laboratory the following are processed and used: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, powdered milk, milk proteins, soy lecithin. Product without preservatives and dyes.
