Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with dark chocolate drops, soaked in rum-based alcoholic syrup
Ingredients:
type 0 soft wheat flour, dark chocolate drops 17% min (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), sugar, butter, pasteurized whole egg, natural yeast, alcoholic syrup (alc 14% vol.) of imbibition (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, Rum 2%, natural flavoring: Rum) 30%, salt.
In the same laboratory we process and use: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin.
Product without preservatives and dyes.
