Naturally leavened baked product with candied lemon peel, soaked in an alcoholic syrup made from an infusion of PGI Sorrento lemons.

INGREDIENTS:

Type 0 soft wheat flour, candied lemon peel 18% (sugar, lemon peel, wheat glucose syrup), sugar, butter, pasteurized whole eggs, natural yeast, alcoholic syrup (14% vol.) soaking (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, infusion of PGI Sorrento lemons 10%, natural flavor: vanilla) 30%, salt.

The following are processed and used in the same facility: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, peanuts, milk powder, milk protein, soy lecithin.

Product without preservatives or colorings.
