Naturally leavened baked product with candied orange peel, soaked in an alcoholic syrup made from orange liqueur.

INGREDIENTS:

Type 0 soft wheat flour, candied orange peel 18% (sugar, orange peel, wheat glucose syrup), sugar, butter, pasteurized whole eggs, natural yeast, alcoholic syrup (14% vol.) soaking (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, citrus and orange blossom infusion and distillate 10%, natural flavor: vanilla) 30%, salt.

Almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, peanuts, milk powder, milk protein, soy lecithin are processed and used in the same facility.

Product without preservatives or colorings.
