Details:
Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with candied orange peel, soaked in alcoholic syrup based on orange liqueur

Ingredients:
type 0 soft wheat flour, candied orange peel 18% (sugar, orange peel, wheat glucose syrup), sugar, butter, pasteurized whole eggs, natural yeast, alcoholic syrup (alc 14% vol.) of imbibition ( water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, 10% citrus and orange blossom infusion and distillate, natural flavoring: vanilla) 30%, salt.
In the same laboratory we process and use: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin.
Product without preservatives and dyes.
