Deep ruby red.

Notes of ripe red fruits and spices on the nose.

Soft, with a balanced flavor, it makes the palate rediscover mineral and spicy notes supported by velvety tannins.

The bunches, appropriately thinned out in veraison, are collected and selected manually in small boxes.

After crushing and destemming, fermentation begins for about 10 days, where daily pumping over and dèlestage allow for an important extraction of tannins and polyphenols.

In relation to the vintage, a refinement of part of the mass in French oak tonneau leads to spicy and enveloping notes.

Refinement in the bottle follows.

PAIRING: Red meats and long-cooked meat dishes.
