Rosa Maivisto comes from the re-fermentation in the bottle of Rebo, Sangiovese and Montepulciano.

After having vinified the grapes with a very short maceration in the press, the wine is re-fermented inside in the bottle using its frozen must.

The manual bottling and double work of the yeasts increase the charm of this wine.

PAIRING: Aperitifs, ethnic dishes, blue fish.
