Ruby red with violet reflections.

The nose shows hints of small fruits, currant, blueberry, blackberry and refined notes of black pepper and aromatic herbs.

On the palate it is persuasive, soft with well integrated tannins.

VARIERTA: 100% REBO.

Rosso Rubicone PGI This wine is obtained from the Rebo variety, a cross between Merlot and Teroldego, the result of Rebo Rigotti's viticultural experimentation.

This new vine is extremely suitable for cultivation in Valconca.

It is also one of the richest in polyphenols and coloring substances.

The harvest takes place by selecting the bunches in small boxes.

After crushing and destemming, fermentation begins for about 12 days. Aging takes place "sur lie" in steel.

PAIRING: Pleasant throughout the meal, it goes well with red meats.
